Container Liners
Container liners are large, flexible woven polymer bags designed to minimize handling by fitting inside shipping containers. They provide a barrier between the cargo and the container walls, ensuring safe and hygienic transportation of dry, flowable bulk products. These liners are typically made of polyethylene or polypropylene materials.
Full sized 20 foot or 40 foot shipping containers can accommodate container liners. Shipping container liners are made from the same woven polypropylene material construction techniques as FIBCs, but on a larger scale. Container liners can float “free” within the container or be secured via a number of methods to fit your application’s filling and discharging scenario. Available with a number of customizable inlet, outlet, and fabric construction options, we can meet your exact specifications with ease and quality.
Benefits of using Container Liners:
- Lower packaging costs per unit of product volume
- Lower raw material usage leading to lower environmental impact
- Less packaging waste
- More efficient filling and discharging (higher fill and dump rates)
Next Bulk has worked with our clients to innovate beyond standard container liner designs for improved filling and discharging operations. Let us show you the difference!
